Invitation to a Lenten Journey
This Lenten season you are invited to take a journey with me as we explore Christian Mindfulness together using Amy G. Oden's book "Right Here Right Now". When we are apart we will spend time reading the book. When we gather we will discuss it and then actually start practicing Christian Mindfulness using the various methods that we read about.
When: Tuesday Night's starting Tuesday night at 5:30PM , March 11th and Ending on Tuesday Night April 15th.
Requirement: I am asking that if you sign up that you commit to doing the reading before we meet.

The deadline to sign up is Friday February 21st. Once everyone is registered you will receive a survey from me regarding food prior to the meeting.
